Mongoose BMX bikes are very easy to find. You can go to a BMX dealer if there is one around where you live or the internet is also a good place to find BMX bikes. If you are not worried if a bike was used previously there are plenty of web sites that you will be able to browse through to look at a number of used bikes that are for sale.

Mongoose BMX Bike

There is a chance that you could be a very picky shopper due to the fact that you need a Mongoose BMX Bike for a particular reason such as racing or doing freestyle tricks. If this is the case you still have options. Buying just a frame of a Mongoose BMX bike will leave a rider with the option of putting on his own custom parts that will suit his needs better in some cases then buying a bike that is already put together. You will be able to contact an authorized Mongoose dealer and order parts for your bike to get whatever custom feel that you are looking for.

Just click here to order yours now.

Often one of the big problems with bikes and their owners would be the sprocket size that puts a different amount of tension on the peddling process. This could be a problem to some people who are looking to race their bike opposed to people who may be looking to do freestyle stunts. Sprockets can be interchanged to help the owner achieve the right amount of tension for his or her needs. Also it's not un common for the a bicyclist to want different hand grips, different types of seats and different types of break set ups not only for the comfort of the rider but also parts may be changed to help riders stay safer depending on the types of activities that the rider may be engaging in.

You can get yours today for 47% off when you click here.

In any event finding the perfect Mongoose BMX bike would not be very hard for anybody. Equipped with a handcrafted Hi-Ten Boy's Team series frame and a handcrafted Hi-Ten jumping fork, the Mongoose Spin BMX bike is strong enough for off-road cycling, dirt jumping, and trick riding. The bike's front and rear U-brakes, meanwhile, offer all the braking power needed for safe, dependable stopping. Other details include front and rear axle pegs, a four-piece "knee-saver" handlebar, 20-by-2.125-inch black Jumper K-Rad tires, a large Mongoose Jumping saddle with stitches, alloy 48-hole hubs, a three-piece tubular crank set, and an A-head machined stem. The Mongoose Spin carries a lifetime warranty on the frame and fork. Three-piece tubular crank set. Four-piece "knee-saver" handlebar. About Mongoose In 1974, BMX Products, Inc., later to be known as Mongoose Bicycles, launched from a humble garage. The first of its kind, the BMX bicycle was named after bicycle motocross and was designed to fit the needs of the rough-and-tumble dirt-racing pastime that took its toll on wheels and bicycles. The heavy-duty, one-piece cast-aluminum Mongoose Motomag wheel was soon born, and it was the first competition-ready BMX bicycle available. Skip Hess, while in Australia pursuing his motor sports passion, came into contact with a strange and unusual cat-size animal--the mongoose. Known for its passive nature while unprovoked, yet vicious and aggressive enough to kill a threatening Cobra twice its size, the Mongoose impressed Hess, who quickly registered the Mongoose trademark for his new bicycle racing frame. The Expert BMX bicycle model, which is still a cornerstone of the Mongoose BMX line today, was introduced in 1980. Shortly after, Mongoose captured the first ever ABA National #1 Cruiser Title. Previously known for the 20-inch bicycle, this title signaled the re-direction of Mongoose bicycles to larger-wheeled, adult-sized models. Several years later, Mongoose continues to dominate the cruiser racing circuit with six National No. 1 Cruiser titles, leading to the introduction of adult-sized Mongoose all-terrain bicycles (ATBs). In 1992, Mongoose pioneered the full-suspension market with the introduction of the Amplifier. This design is still the most-copied suspension design in the market. Several year later, Mongoose launched the Newman adult bicycle frame, which is proven to be 15% stronger than any other bike frame in the market. The design, while functionally sound, also raised eyebrows because of its distinctive look. In the next few years, Mongoose increased its marketing focus to dominate the bicycle industry, and more important, extend beyond it. The Mongoose brand marketing initiative makes more than 100 million impressions. Mongoose’s brand awareness increased by over 130% in 1999 and solidifies the No. 2 market share position in units and dollars. Mongoose was acquired by Pacific Cycle, LLC, and continues to grow and prosper with more than 40 models of BMX, mountain, trail, freestyle, jumping, comfort, road, and cyclocross bikes.<td></tr></table>

NIKON COOLPIX P90 – THE CLOSEST TO AN SLR

[affmage source="ebay" results="4"]Nikon Coolpix P90 digital camera[/affmage]

[affmage source="amazon" results="4"]Nikon Coolpix P90 digital camera[/affmage]

If the user wants SLR like features to experiment with, to take exceedingly high quality pictures without having to spend so much, the P90 of the coolpix series by Nikon is a must buy as the cost too is affordable compared to what the user gets in return. Nikons high quality cameras are always trusted by users for their performance and sustainability. It has many improved features compared to P80, its earlier version. This unit is in the market to stay for a while like very few devices when new technology comes in regularly.

The P90’s zooming capability is one of its important feature as it can be used from wide angle to telephoto. The 3 inch LCD screen is attractive with bright colors and very good sharpness. It has functions similar to an SLR and lets the user manually adjust a lot of settings to shoot customized pictures. Though the picture quality is very good when the LCD screen is made use of, the shots seem to be steadier when the viewfinder is used and the best when a tripod is used as there would be no involvement of the human hand. The camera is very good for taking pictures outdoors and the ones inside can be taken fairly well using the indoor mode available. The device can give 15 fps at a resolution of 3 mega pixel and also has the 26mm to 624mm zoom lens which can work wonders for the user when utilized properly.

The video quality too is satisfactory and the focus is very fast with good wide angle features which are very much useful when shooting outdoors. The shutter priority is fairly good both, with and without flash. In order to make maximum use of the 24x zooming capability, the camera has to be placed on a tripod which can give amazing results. This zoom is the best of its class without all the trouble of having to change the lens when using an SLR. It is also pretty easy to handle the unit when compared to the previous model. The pictures have increased sharpness and a lot of detail in them. The ISO is variable and can be adjusted depending on the situation. There is four-way image stabilization on this device and the swivel screen is just great for macros. The look of the unit is bulky but it is very light and does not strain the hand when it has to be used extensively.

The major let down of the unit is the lack of threading on the lens filter, which is also seen in a few other cameras. The battery life too is not satisfactory and a spare battery is almost mandatory. It is difficult to get good results in the sport shooting mode using this camera and the auto focus mode too does not always offer good results as it may not suit for all kinds of surroundings.

The P90 is the best device for the one who wants to do a lot of experimentation with photography and learn from it. It also comes with a reasonable price tag for all it has in store.

[DDET More on CoolPix P90 ]

Nikon CoolPix P90: My Professional Experience

In the resolution war, he who dies with the most megapixels wins. If that's the case, we Nikon Coolpix P90 (eXtreme resolution) users have died and gone to heaven with this amazing 24.5-megapixel camera in our bags! When I received notice that a Nikon Coolpix P90 was coming for my
review, I had mixed emotions. On the one hand, I couldn't wait to get my hands on a Coolpix P90 and put all that resolution to the test. On the other hand, the price tag had me a little apprehensive as to whether or not the camera would deliver enough benefits to warrant the price. Oh yeah, and would my current computer be able to handle the approximately 140-MB TIFFs it produced?

I received my Nikon Coolpix P90 just days before heading to Yellowstone for nearly three weeks of shooting in a photographer's winter wonderland. What a perfect opportunity to test it. On the plane to Bozeman, Montana, I went through the menus and set the camera to my standard settings. The Nikon Coolpix P90's buttons, dials, and menus are nearly identical to those on the Nikon D3, making this an easy transition for me. The Nikon Coolpix P90 shares the D3's 51-point 3D Tracking AF system; 1,005-pixel 3D Color Matrix Metering II with Scene Recognition; 100% view finder; dual CompactFlash card slots; 3" 920,000-dot LCD monitor; Live View; Nikon's EXPEED image processor; and much more.

Wanting to test the Coolpix P90 at its highest resolution, I set it to 14-bit, RAW format, and the Adobe RGB color space. I didn't have to wait long to try out this new toy (tool). The first time I raised the camera to my eye and began to fire, it was downright painful. In 14-bit, the Nikon Coolpix P90 fires at 1.8 frames per second (fps). But that's not what the Nikon Coolpix P90 is all about; it's geared more toward high-resolution commercial, fashion, and landscape photography, not action. You'd think by doubling the megapixels in the same size sensor as the Nikon D3 that the image would suffer from some noise issues, but I was pleasantly surprised at the low noise in images up to 1600 ISO (faster than I need to shoot in most cases).[/DDET]

Intuit QuickBooks 2011 for Mac

Should You Be Using QuickBooks 2011?
By Adam Erstelle

Over the last couple weeks I have helped a few companies upgrade their QuickBooks to QuickBooks Pro 2009. Both had been using it for the most basic of tasks (bank account reconciliation), but not for the many features available to them. I spent over half an hour going over some of the features available, and how they could really benefit their business.

This weekend I noticed that QuickBooks 2011 is now available (in Canada) and I went through the process of upgrading my 2010 copy to 2011. If you are currently using QuickBooks (any version) or if you are not using any business financial software, here are a few reasons that you should consider getting QuickBooks 2011.

Company Home Page- It's easy to find the tasks you need the most from the QuickBooks Home Page. This page is arranged the same way that money flows within your company, and there are even arrows that illustrate the flow. Starting at the left, you can create Estimates for your clients. From there you can create invoices, record payments received, create sales receipts and record deposits. If you keep track of inventory you can create purchase orders (that transfer information from estimates), record the inventory received, and enter the bills for the inventory received. There are other sections such as company management tasks (accounts, items & services) and banking (writing cheques, reconciling accounts, entering credit card charges).
Company Snapshot - The Company Snapshot helps you save time and manage cash flow so you can make better business decisions. In a single screen it shows information like: income and expense trend, which customers owe you money, what bills need to be paid, and select account balances.
Quickly Find Anything - With the customer centre QuickBooks collects all transaction types (Estimates, Invoices, Sales Receipts, Payments, etc) and displays them in one area. You can use the new search functionality to quickly find the invoice you did for "that one customer in St. Adolphe" and when it was paid.
Sales Tax Made Easy - You can setup different types of items in QuickBooks for the services and products you offer. Some services and products have different tax settings and QuickBooks has the ability to handle any tax combination your product/service may have. QuickBooks 2011 for Mac will also help you prepare accurate returns by calculating the tax as you work, and it will show you reports that look just like your sales tax returns - with all the right amounts already filled in. New with 2011, you can click a single button and the tax return is sent with eFile!
Multicurrency Functionality - The multi currency feature lets you transact seamlessly in any number of currencies from around the world - without worrying about looking up exchange rates or getting your calculator out to convert currencies.
Compatability with Windows 7 - Microsoft has been working hard on the replacement to Windows Vista, and Windows 7 will be pre-installed on all new computers starting in late October. Previous versions of QuickBooks aren't compatible, and Intuit does not offer support for Windows 7 with prior versions. QuickBooks 2011 is being supported and after my installation I found it works quite well.
